I am looking for a hero: A kidney donor!

I am a wife, mother, and new grandmother of the little one pictured with me. I have worked in my community as a school secretary for 15 years. Throughout the years I have battled Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD); I had my first transplant in 2015, and the kidney was rejected. After a challenging year, the kidney lasted until now, it is functioning at 1% of capacity. I will need dialysis anytime from now, not later than 5 months.

Now I am in need of a new kidney, I really do not want to go back to dialysis....... Please share my story, my hero will help me or others in need of a kidney. Help me reach the high school graduation of Ada, my granddaughter.
