My name is Tiffany Peters, I was born with a genetic kidney disorder called Polycystic Kidney Disease. It is causing my kidney function to deteriorate. I am now in stage 5 renal failure and am in need of a kidney transplant. A deceased donor kidney could take 5 years to become available, which is too late.
I am appealing to you with great humility and hope that a donor can be found.

I currently live in Okeechobee, FL and am a wife, mom and a grandmother. I am 51 years old with many happy years ahead of me.
